The eligibility criteria for various courses in the college are given below.
1. B.COM HONOURS (EXISTING SPECIALISATION COMPUTER APPLICATION)
Eligibility : Candidates who have passed (Eligible for Higher Studies) the HSE of the Kerala State Board of Higher Secondary Examination or any other examination recognised as equivalent thereto with at least one commerce subject are eligible for admissions to the B.Com degree course. Candidates who have not studied commerce subject for Higher Secondary or an equivalent examination not less than 45% marks are also eligible. A concession of 5% will be given to OBC/OEC candidates. 2. BACHELOR OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION HONOURS
Eligibility : Candidates who have passed (Eligible for Higher Studies)the HSE of the Kerala State Board of Higher Secondary Examination or any other examination recognised as equivalent thereto, with not less than 45% is eligible for admissions. A concession of 5% will be given to OBC/OEC candidates. The SC/ST candidates need get only a pass. (U.O.No. 5339/2021/Admn Dated, 17.05.2021)
3. BACHELOR OF COMPUTER APPLICATION HONOURS
Eligibility : Candidates who have passed (Eligible for Higher Studies)the HSE of the Kerala State Board of Higher Secondary Examination or any other examination recognised as equivalent thereto with Mathematics/ Computer Science/Computer Application/ Information Technology/Informatics Practice/Informatics/ Additional Mathematics as one of the subjects are eligible for admissions (U.O. No.GAI/J1/2453/1997 dated 06.10.2000 and GA I/J1/1597/2005 dated 11.07.2005).
4. B.SC COMPUTER SCIENCE HONOURS
Eligibility : Candidates who have passed (Eligible for Higher Studies) the HSE of the Kerala State Board of Higher Secondary Examination or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto with Mathematics/ Computer Science/Computer Application/ Information Technology/Informatics Practice/Informatics/ Additional Mathematics are eligible for admission. 5. B.SC FOOD TECHNOLOGY HONOURS
Eligibility : Candidates who have passed (Eligible for Higher Studies)the HSE of the Kerala State Board of Higher Secondary Examination or any other examination recognised as equivalent thereto with Science and Mathematics are eligible for admisson. (U.O. No.GA I/J1/7359/2003 dated 20.01.2010
6. B.SC MICROBIOLOGY HONOURS
Eligibility : Candidates who have passed (Eligible for Higher Studies) the HSE of the Kerala State Board of Higher Secondary Examination or any other examination with Physics,Chemistry,Biology.
7. B.SC GEOGRAPHY HONOURS
Eligibility : Candidates who have passed (Eligible for Higher Studies) the HSE of the Kerala State Board of Higher Secondary Examination or any other examination recognised as equivalent thereto are eligible for admission (U.O.No.GAI/B1/1690/2000 dated 27.05.2008)
8. B.SC ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE HONOURS
Eligibility : Candidates who have passed (Eligible for Higher Studies)the HSE of the Kerala State Board of Higher Secondary Examination or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto with Mathematics/ Computer Science / Computer Application/Information Technology /Informatics Practice /Informatics /Additional Mathematics are eligible for admission. 9. B.SC PSYCHOLOGY HONOURS
Eligibility : Candidates who have passed (Eligible for Higher Studies) the HSE of the Kerala State Board of Higher Secondary Examination or any other examination recognised as equivalent thereto are eligible for admission (U.O. No.GAI/J1/628/2003 dated 15.05.2004)
10. BA ENGLISH LANGUAGE AND LITERATURE HONOURS
Eligibility : Candidates who have passed (Eligible for Higher Studies) the HSE of the Kerala State Board of Higher Secondary Examination or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto are eligible for admission.
11. BA ISLAMIC STUDIES HONOURS
Eligibility : Candidates who have passed (Eligible for Higher Studies)the HSE of the Kerala State Board of Higher Secondary Examination or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto are eligible for admission.
12. MSC PSYCHOLOGY
Eligibility : A pass in BA/ BA (Honours)/ B.Sc degree with Psychology core (main) from University of Calicut or a recognised degree with Psychology core (main), in regular mode.
13. MA ARABIC LANGUAGE AND LITERATURE
Eligibility : BA Arabic/Afsal-ul-ulama/ Double Main with Arabic/ BA Functional Arabic (Core/Main) Degree or BA/BSc (excluding alternative pattern) Degree with Arabic as Common Course (Part II), of this University or an equivalent degree, with at least 50% aggregate marks or equivalent Overall CGPA. OBC/OEC candidates are eligible to relaxation up to 5%. SC/ST candidates need only to get a pass.
14. MA Islamic Finance
Eligibility : Any UG degree (10+2+3 or more years pattern including Professional degrees), of this University or a recognised degree, with at least 50% aggregate marks or equivalent Overall CGPA. OBC/OEC candidates are eligible to relaxation up to 5%. SC/ST candidates need only to get a pass.
