Nourish Nova is the college's New Product Development (NPD) Zone — a dedicated facility of the Department of Food Technology where students take a food product from idea to prototype.
It is the department's distinctive facility: students work on formulation, trial batches, sensory evaluation and packaging, supported by the Food Technology Laboratory and the department's certificate courses in food safety, packaging and sensory analysis. Work from the zone feeds the college's patents and innovation record.
