Assistant Professor
As an Assistant Professor, you will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate-level courses, conducting research in your area of expertise, and contributing to the academic community through service and outreach activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering engaging and effective lectures, seminars, and lab sessions
- Designing and updating course curricula to ensure relevance and alignment with program objectives
- Supervising and mentoring students, including thesis and dissertation advising
- Conducting original research, publishing in peer-reviewed journals, and presenting at academic conferences
- Securing external research funding through grants and contracts
- Participating in departmental and university-wide committees and initiatives
- Providing academic advising and career guidance to students
- Engaging in community outreach and service activities
Qualifications:
