The Department of Food Technology, AJASC, successfully conducted an FYUGP Orientation Programme for Third Semester B.Sc. Food Technology students. The session was led by Ms. Shaniba K, Assistant Professor, Department of Food Technology, who provided a comprehensive overview of the Four-Year Undergraduate Programme (FYUGP). The discussion focused on the various FYUGP academic pathways, the significance and procedure of minor course selection, and the curriculum structure of the third semester. Students were also introduced to multidisciplinary learning opportunities, skill enhancement options, academic credit requirements, and career prospects under FYUGP. The programme concluded with an interactive discussion and doubt-clearing session, enabling students to make informed academic decisions and better understand the flexibility and opportunities offered by the FYUGP curriculum.
