Established in the year 2010, the Department of Computer Applications is committed to provide quality education to aspiring graduates. The department is endowed with a group of experienced, dedicated and enthusiastic faculty members who aim to impart sound knowledge and awareness in the latest trends of Computer Science and Applications. The department encourages student’s involvement in various co-curricular activities along with their academics. The students are also provided with the finest of opportunities to participate in various technical fests and recruitment drives. The department has a well-equipped and advanced operational Computer laboratory to provide the students with the necessary and sufficient backing of practical knowledge, in order to encourage them to manifest their innovative ideas. The laboratory provides machines with facilities in the area of Advanced Software Programming. The department conducted Experts talks, lectures/demonstrations from various technical area are periodically invited to give to the students on the latest developments in the field. As part of the faculty empowerment, the faculty members are encouraged to attend seminars and workshops in assorted areas. The Course was in self-financing stream. The Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) course is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) in 2024.
