The Department of Food Technology, in association with IQAC, conducted “Food Guard”, a food safety awareness programme at Darul Falah English School on 8 June 2026 as part of World Food Safety Day. The session included presentations on food safety, safe food handling, and personal hygiene, along with interactive discussions and quizzes. Students also took a Food Safety Pledge and observed demonstrations of simple food adulteration tests. The programme successfully raised awareness about safe food practices among the students.
