Established in 2018, the Department of Food Technology is committed to providing quality education to aspiring food technologists. The department currently offers the B.Sc. Food Technology (Honours) programme and is supported by a team of four dedicated and experienced faculty members. The department focuses on academic excellence, practical learning, research, innovation, entrepreneurship and industry exposure to prepare students for successful careers in the food sector.
