About
Established in 2010, the Department of English offers undergraduate programmes in English Language and Literature, with a focus on language proficiency, literary appreciation, critical thinking, communication and professional development. The department strives to nurture confident, creative and responsible learners through innovative teaching, academic activities, skill-oriented programmes and exposure to diverse perspectives. With the introduction of the B.A. English Language and Literature Honours programme in 2024, the department continues to prepare students for higher studies, diverse career opportunities and leadership roles in a global society.
